General Data Protection Law 2016-679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 06 April 2016; This XOUNOX EOOD Processing and Protection of Personal Data Policy ( Policy ) aims to ensure compliance of XOUNOX EOOD ( XOUNOX ,  GoBasketX  or the Company ) with the Law and to determine the principles to be followed by XOUNOX in fulfilling its obligations regarding the protection and processing of personal data. .

The policy determines the processing conditions of personal data and sets out the main principles adopted by XOUNOX in the processing of personal data. In this framework, the Policy covers all personal data processing activities within the scope of the Law by XOUNOX, the owners of all personal data processed by XOUNOX and all personal data processed by XOUNOX.

Issues regarding the processing of personal data of XOUNOX employees are not within the scope of this Policy, but are also regulated in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data of XOUNOX EOOD Employees.

Definitions regarding the terms used in the Policy are in APPENDIX-1.1.2. Enforcement and Change

The policy has been published by XOUNOX on its website and presented to the public. In case of conflict with the legislation in force, especially the Law, and the regulations included in this Policy, the provisions of the legislation shall apply.

XOUNOX reserves the right to make changes in the Policy in line with the legal regulations. The current version of the Policy is available on the GoBasketX website.2. Data Owners, Data Processing Purposes and Data Categories for Personal Data Processing Activities Conducted by Our Company2.1. Data Owners

Data owners within the scope of the policy are all natural persons, except for XOUNOX EOOD employees, whose personal data are being processed by GoBasketX. In this context, the categories of data subjects are as follows:
